✔ App maintenance and updates
✔ API and third-party integrations
All projects are handled professionally and delivered based on agreed-upon timelines and specifications.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with Vinsuh, you agree to:
✔ Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
✔ Supply necessary content, branding materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
✔ Ensure that any content provided does not infringe on third-party copyrights.
✔ Make payments as per the agreed payment schedule.
4. Payment Terms
✔ A project quote will be provided after analyzing your requirements.
✔ A 50% advance payment is required before the development process begins.
✔ The remaining 50% payment must be made upon project completion before the final handover.
✔ Any additional feature requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
✔ Payments are non-refundable after the project initiation.
5. Project Timelines & Delivery
✔ We provide an estimated timeline for project completion based on complexity and features.
✔ Any delays due to the Client’s failure to provide required materials or approvals may extend the timeline.
✔ Upon completion, we will deliver the app and assist with deployment on app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store) if applicable.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
✔ Upon full payment, the Client owns the final developed product (excluding third-party software, plugins, or licensed assets).
✔ Vinsuh retains the right to use the developed product for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
✔ Any custom source code developed remains the property of the Client, while Vinsuh retains the right to reuse non-client-specific code components for future projects.
7. Confidentiality
✔ Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
✔ Vinsuh will not share your business data, proprietary information, or project details with third parties without your permission.
8. Revisions & Support
✔ We offer limited free revisions based on the agreement. Additional changes may be chargeable.
✔ Post-launch support & maintenance are available as per selected maintenance plans.
✔ Bugs and minor fixes will be covered for a specified period post-launch (e.g., 30 days).
9. Warranty & Limitations of Liability
✔ We ensure that the developed app functions as per the agreed specifications.
✔ We do not guarantee that the app will be free from external cyber threats, security breaches, or compatibility issues with future OS updates unless a maintenance plan is subscribed to.
✔ Vinsuh is not responsible for any financial loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from the use of the developed application.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the contract under the following conditions:
✔ Client fails to make payments as per the agreed terms.
✔ Repeated delays in providing feedback or necessary information from the Client.
✔ Violation of these Terms and Conditions by either party.
Upon termination, any work completed up to that point must be paid for, and all outstanding dues must be cleared before project files are handed over.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
✔ These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
✔ Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion first. If not resolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Varanasi, India.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
